Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using BrandPilot AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

BrandPilot AI provides AI-assisted marketing tools for beauty businesses, including content generation, scheduling, analytics, and automated replies. Features vary by plan.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance in U.S. dollars.
• Every new subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the plan price automatically and monthly thereafter.
• You can cancel anytime from Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or third-party right, including intellectual property.
• Publish misleading, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Send spam or unsolicited outbound marketing.

6. Content & AI outputs

You own the content you upload. Subject to these Terms, you own the AI-generated content the Service produces for you. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and the terms of any connected social platforms.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, X, Stripe). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandPilot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Billing.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
